This original lithograph (chromolithograph) titled Decorative Chrysanthemums, was drawn by Gertrude Hamilton, an artist who worked under the horticulturist John Wright. Wright was the editor of the London Journal of Horticulture and created high quality guides to fruit, vegetables and flowers. Wright employed excellent botanical artists. The lithograph is from the 1890's, is very colourful and has the specific flowers in the picture identified. The lithograph is matted with a tan coloured matt. The size of the matted lithograph is 12 x 16 inches.
